Bay Airconditioning was founded in 1990, the name Bay coming from the original location of Gymea Bay in the Sutherland Shire.

In 1995 the company moved to Caringbah. Bay Air, at this point, was a small business specialising in domestic installations and building maintenance contracts all over Sydney. In 1996 Bay Airconditioning was sold to Alan Noyes, who knew of the company through his previous employment as Service Manager at Daikin Australia.

Alan moved his base of operations to the Menai area and changed the direction of the company in a short period of time. This once small operation has turned into a million dollar business specialising in installation and servicing of Daikin air conditioners both domestic and commercial. We have a workforce of 12, all trained in Daikin Technology, providing friendly advice and quality installations at affordable prices.

The staff consists of 12 people ranging from trained installers, qualified refrigeration mechanics, airconditioning technicians and management.

All installations are completed by tradesman specialising in their different fields from carpenters to plumber’s electricians all have been trained in airconditioning installation by our service department.

Our service department is recognised by Daikin as a service agent.

We contract to many large building firms for mechanical ventilation and total air conditioning requirements from factories to hotels.
